all other documents provided to the client at the
time of rental. ECRA reserves the right to change
this policy at their discretion and without notice.

agreement prior to their rental. In addition to the
rental agreement all clients are required to provide
a copy of their driver’s license as well as
the driver’s license of any other person that
will be driving the vehicle to ECRA. ECRA may run
a check of the driver(s) license(s) submitted to verify
that they have a clean driving record. We reserve
the right to deny renting a vehicle, to any person,
for any reason, at any time.

25 years of age and older. However, in certain instances,

be advised that ECRA will never rent to drivers less
than 21 years of age.

ECRA requires all renters to supply proof of their

insurance policies. Furthermore, the renter will need
to confirm with their insurance carrier that their
policy covers the vehicle rental. In the event the
renter does not have personal insurance coverage,
ECRA offer full coverage insurance that may be purchased
for an additional charge. Not many exotic car rental
companies can legally sell the renter full coverage
insurance so beware.

within which a vehicle may be returned after the time
noted. However, if a vehicle is scheduled to be returned
between 10 pm and 8am the vehicle must be returned
at the required time, ECRA will not provide a grace
period for after hour returns. Any vehicle returned
after the grace period (if applicable) or late may
be subject to additional rental fees.
Damage
Deposit Requirements
All renters need to provide ECRA with a damage deposit
at the time of the rental. The damage deposit will
be used to cover any minor damages to the vehicle.
Renters can provide the damage deposit in the form
of a credit card authorization or cash. In the event
damage is found upon final inspection of the vehicle
(and in certain instances after its return as noted
in the inspection sheet) the cost to repair such damages
will be deducted from the damage deposit. The amount
of the damage deposit required varies depending on
the vehicle rented as well as if the renter has their
own insurance policy.
Cancellation

In order to reserve a vehicle the renter is required
to leave a deposit equal to one (1) days rental of
the selected vehicle. Should you cancel your reservation
less than 48 hours in advance of your rental you agree
to pay this deposit to ECRA as a cancellation fee.
Furthermore, during certain special events, ECRA may
charge a cancellation fee equal to 100% of your rental,
if your reservation is not cancelled 72 hours in advance
